RC Show 2025
You must be 19 years of age or older at time of admittance. There is an exception for babes-in-arms under 2 years old and minors
16-18 years of age. Badges will not be printed for anyone under the age of 16. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Evening networking events are strictly restricted to attendees aged 19 and older. Please review our full policy here.
For minors 16-18 years old, we will follow a two-step age verification process assigning yellow wristbands and matching badge colour to ensure they are easily identifiable. Our alcohol sampling guidelines distributed to exhibitors will include this information to ensure safety. Pets are not permitted, exceptions are made for guide dogs and service animals.
